Erin Regan

With nearly two decades of nursing experience, I have been dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across various healthcare settings throughout the years. After attending culinary school and working in the restaurant business for a few years I switched gears and returned to school. I received both my Bachelors and Master Degrees from Saint Xavier University. My experience has equipped me with a diverse skill set and deep knowledge in patient management, critical care, and health education.

During my 11 years in emergency medicine followed by the last 7 years in orthopedics, I witnessed firsthand the critical importance of preventative medicine and the value of health and wellness initiatives. This experience has profoundly shaped my approach to patient care, emphasizing the need for proactive measures to maintain and improve health.

At the Well, my role involves collaborating to promote health and wellness among our clients. I am passionate about educating and assisting clients with goals of disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices, to make a positive impact on their lives.

I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my three boys, Marty and Charlie, and Henry.
