Patti Swis
Patti Swis, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrative wellness and longevity medicine. With a clinical background in massage therapy, primary care, cardiovascular disease, and palliative care, she offers a compassionate, whole-person approach that bridges modern medical science with holistic and spiritual healing.
Through years of clinical practice, Patti came to understand that many chronic symptoms and health imbalances emerge during pivotal life transitions-moments when the body, mind, and spirit are signaling the need for deeper support. She now supports men and women in their goals of achieving overall optimization by addressing hormonal shifts, chronic stress, fatigue, weight imbalance, and overall organ disease risk through a thoughtful, integrative, and evidence-based approach.
Patti’s work focuses on treating the root cause of illness by viewing the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated symptoms. She emphasizes biochemical individuality, patient-centered care, holistic lifestyle factors such as nutrition, stress regulation, and sleep, while also optimizing imbalanced hormones and incorporating peptide therapy when clinically appropriate to support cellular repair, metabolic health, tissue healing, and longevity. This approach is designed to support true vitality and resilience – not merely the absence of disease.
Drawing from her experience in palliative care, Patti understands that quality of life is as important as longevity. Her approach is both scientific and intuitive grounded in data, yet deeply personalized-helping clients restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate vitality that is sustainable and meaningful.
She believes longevity is not simply about extending life, but about living fully, consciously, and well at every stage. Through collaborative partnership, Patti empowers her clients to take ownership of their health and move confidently into their next chapter with clarity, strength, and purpose.
